25 Years Young! But Feeling Old!
Last week was my Birthday. It was a crazy busy week, especially as it was my Birthday, My dad’s 50th and also a big event that my mum’s company was organising. I barely had time to fit my little Birthday in, but that didn’t mean my Mr hadn’t put the effort in. Starting the day before on the Sunday baking with my two boys and making my Birthday cake and cookies. On my actual Birthday had also organised a lovely day for me starting with breakfast and fizz in bed, afternoon tea at Patisserie Valerie in Durham and then a meal at one of my favourite restaurants, Fat Buddah on…

Creamy Thai Red Pepper Soup – Recipe
I have been eating terribly since before Christmas and just can’t seem to shake the bad habits. I was doing so well before then and keep trying but it doesn’t last long before I am back to eating rubbish again. I have started a body transformation thing which is hard work but it has really kicked my butt and I am really trying with my diet and trying to find ways to make it enjoyable so I stick to it. I decided to do a big shop at LIDL and stay away from the bigger stores with more to tempt me and went and got loads of veg and chicken…

I Think I Am Now a Pizza Hut Fan!
Up until the weekend I hadn’t been to a Pizza Hut for probably atleast 1-2 years. But this wasn’t by accident, I actually really disliked the restaurant as majority of the time I had visited one I usually had a bad or not great experience. It was usually down to service and I never had a brilliant meal. I remember one time actually placing an order with a waitress, waiting an hour and then finding out that she had forgotten to actually put the order through so essentially we had just been sat there for no reason. We eventually left and I swore I would never go to another Pizza Hut again. So…

Afternoon Tea at Poplar Tree Garden Centre
I am a big fan of afternoon tea! Myself and my partner are always looking for new places to try and we are always looking for places that are child friendly too as our little man loves afternoon tea (cutta tea as he calls it). I spotted some photos on Facebook of a rather beautifully presented afternoon tea thanks to a friend tagging me in a photo and it definitely caught my eye. It was on the Facebook page for Poplar Tree Garden Centre in Durham which I hadn’t had the chance to visit yet. Once liking the page I was regularly seeing photos of the delicious looking food! We are…

Little Fingers Organic Baby Food – Review
I came across a new company on Twitter called Little Fingers Organic Baby food and was immediately interested in finding out what they were all about. I soon learned that they provide delicious and nutritious organic baby finger food freshly handmade, delivered to your home. So basically a healthy takeaway for babies! The company was created by parent’s Joanne and Markus with Joanne being a food developer and Markus being a qualified Chef. They set up the company soon after having their first son Bobby after discussing with other new parent’s about the fact that there was a lack of options available on the market for people to buy fresh organic finger food. Now let’s face…

Feather & Bone Face Gems Review
You may notice that I review a lot of skin care products on my blog. Although I love trying out all of these exciting new face creams, I do have really sensitive skin and have to be careful what I use on it. I was contacted by a new company about trying one of their face washes and it was something very different to what I had tried before. Feather & Bone is an inventive, fresh and unique personal care company. They are dedicated to the creation of fresh product solutions. Uniquely for YOU. At Feather & Bone their goal and mission is for men and women to feel empowered by…
