Belated Family-moon post of our visit to Butlins
So this post is wayyy overdue as we went on our familymoon in September 2017!! But with so much happening so soon after our honeymoon I have just never had a second to even think about it. I was looking back over photos and it reminded me to finally get on the case with writing about our trip. Especially since we have just had our first anniversary last month!! As if we have been married over a year already! So it was really difficult deciding what to do for our honeymoon as it wasn’t just about us really, we also have our 4 year old to think about and he…

Preparing Your Garden For Autumn/Winter – What Do You Do?
We only bought our first home 2 years ago and before that we had rented 4 different properties. Therefore its only really been 2 years that we have had a garden that we actually care about maintaining, so we are still pretty new to this. I feel like maintaining a garden in the summer is pretty obvious…you mow the lawn and the only real worry is remembering not to leave the cushions out overnight on the chairs (I usually did forget though). If you have a more creative garden with plants and things then I imagine there is a lot of maintaining in the Summer but luckily mine is just…

VLOG: Hen Party Weekend 2/2 – Disney Style!
So, I was a bit delayed in posting this but I did have a very good reason! By the time it came round to putting all of the footage together it was very close to my wedding and I really couldn’t focus on anything else! There will be plenty of blog posts on the wedding don’t worry but let’s not forget to include everything leading up to it and the other important bits such as my hen party! I was a bit worried about creating the vlog from my hen party as I wasn’t sure about what I should and shouldn’t show. I then decided that everything was too hilarious…

Creating A Garden The Kids Will Love!
We have been trying to decide what to do with our garden again. We are always trying to do stuff to our house and we are never content with just taking our time and don’t like waiting to do things. We should learn to walk before we leap as this is our first home and in reality we have only been here a year and a half. Not many fully decorate a new home in that time and do all of the garden. We are clearly too impatient! We have accomplished a lot so far in the home and the garden is definitely not a bad garden and is already…

VLOG: Hen Party weekend…1 Of 2 – With The Mother..
Anyone who knows my mum will know that she certainly doesn’t do things by half. She puts 100% in and so much effort in to everything and I will admit that she does spoil me a little! So when it came around to me having a hen party I knew it wouldn’t just be a small thing. I didn’t actually really want one if I’m honest. I had nightmares of what it could be like and I only seemed to know what I didn’t want but not sure what I actually would enjoy if I did have one. We decided to organise a girly weekend away with a group…

Breathtaking Views At Lake Como – Featuring Bellagio
Last September I went on a trip to Milan with my partner. You may have seen the super long vlog and post of what we got up to whilst we were there. One thing that became clear was just how busy we were and how amazing but exhausting it was being in a big city like Milan. We decided as much as we loved it we needed a day to explore out of the centre and after chatting to a few people there it was clear we needed to head to Lake Como. I am ashamed to admit that I actually had no idea what Lake Como actually was like, I…
