Berganza.com Antique & Vintage Jewellery Store

htf

I am a big jewellery fan and I am like a magpie when passing jewellery stores however don’t tend to actually wear much jewellery. I own some lovely items and have a great collection but never can be bothered to put any on. When it comes to rings however, I always have to be wearing at least one. I love rings and although I am not married to my partner yet I wear the ring he bought me when I had our son (a push present) every day and on the engagement ring finger. Let’s face it, children are a way bigger commitment than marriage, so wearing the ring on this finger just makes sense to me.

I am always drawn to really sparkly rings and love really unusual designs. when I came across Berganza.com, a store selling absolutely gorgeous antique rings, I just fell in love with the site. I could spend hours looking through all the ‘one of a kind’ rings on offer. The items featured on the site really do have the wow factor and from pictures/videos alone you can tell that they are of the finest quality. All the gems are natural untreated stones without enhancements. What’s more, the rings have been sourced to represent the very best of every period, from Roman, Byzantine and Georgian to Victorian, Edwardian and Art Deco. Also including, the retro fashions of the 1940s and 1950s. So a great range to choose from!

Although the site sells vintage rings, if you have a more modern taste don’t worry, there is such a variety that it is inevitable you will find something to suit your style. Lots of the more modern rings out there are inspired by time periods such as the ones mentioned above so there will definitely be plenty on the site in a style you like. You may even surprise yourself by going for something completely different from your normal style. If you are in the London area then you can go in to their store and actually see the rings up close and personal as they are based in Hatton Garden ,so if you prefer to ‘try before you buy’ this option is available if you live locally or are willing to travel.

I picked out some rings that I really loved and that I would choose if I could pick my own engagement ring (I may be getting slightly ahead of myself!). It was a very difficult task just narrowing it down to 4 but I was surprised at how many different styles I actually liked. I always pictured a rather traditional engagement ring with diamonds (no colour), but I actually found myself liking a lot of the rings with coloured stones too.

Although Berganza specialise in antique rings, they also have other jewellery available on the site, all equally as gorgeous. From necklaces to broaches, there are some stunning pieces on there. You can buy all of your jewellery from there and each piece is so unique and different. If you wanted a special gift from someone then you won’t find anything more special than this jewellery. Be warned however, that you will want to buy everything on there!
